As a community school, Norfolk Local Authority manage our admission process. Details are here. We believe that children settle better at school if they have quality transition experiences so children are invited to come along to school during the summer term as well as attending earlier with their pre-school leaders. In July, we invite parents / carers in for a woodland visit (one-to-one meeting) with their class teacher before bringing the children into school in small groups.  In September, children attend school for one week on a part-time basis before being full time. We work closely with parents to ensure the whole process is as smooth as possible. Our experience over a number of years has shown this to be a successful method of admission.
